Funding Opportunities

There are several funding opportunities available for PhD candidates. The University of Basel provides an overview of funding opportunities. Professor Ute Holl and Professor Markus Krajewski are members of eikones Graduate School funding body, which awards five scholarships every year in spring. Information on job openings and fellowships can also be found on the Media Studies Job Board.

The funding stream “get on track” is targeted at parents studying for a PhD at the University of Basel. Aiming to enable candidates to complete their projects on time, financial support options are advertised on a semester-by-semester basis.
